Their successful careers in haute cuisine have been recognised by national and international gastronomic guides with two stars in Spain and Portugal's 2023 Michelin Guide and three Repsol Suns. Juan Carlos Padrón was also elected "Chef de L'Avenir" in 2019 by the International Academy of Gastronomy.

Due to the complexity of the menu and the level of difficulty involved, we cannot adapt the tasting menu for vegetarians or those allergic to fish or shellfish.

Our menu features many dishes that contain lactose (both directly and traces), so if you are lactose intolerant, please contact us before booking.

If you are unable to come, please cancel your booking via email, by calling, or via the cancellation link provided through the system at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise €150 per guest will be charged to the credit card provided.
