Signature cuisine created by Canarian chef Juan Carlos Padrón, where flavour and balance are the pillars of his creations. A perfect combination of local products and the most select international products.

 

Their successful career in haute cuisine has been recognised by leading national and international gastronomic guides, with two Stars in the MICHELIN Guide and three Suns in the Repsol Guide. Juan Carlos Padrón was also awarded "Chef de L'Avenir" in 2019 by the International Academy of Gastronomy.

Minimum age to access the establishment is 16 years old.

In the event of any food allergies or intolerances, please contact us before booking.

Due to the complexity of the menu and the level of difficulty involved, we cannot adapt the tasting menu for vegetarians or those allergic to fish or shellfish.

Our menu features many dishes that contain lactose (both directly and traces), so if you are lactose intolerant, please contact us before booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you're unable to come, please cancel your reservation via email, by calling, or via the cancellation link provided through the system at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, €150 per guest will be charged to the credit card provided.
