Michelin star restaurant with two Repsol suns led by the Padrón Brothers

 

Juan Carlos Padrón is the only Canarian chef who has received the prestigious L’Avenir award from the International Gastronomy Academy in 2017. He accompanies her brother Jonathan on the sweet part, and Raquel and María José, their respective couples, in the room and the winery.


Heirs of a saga linked to the cuisine that always conveyed crucial values of exertion, tion in the work and constant search of excellence, they have been the most distinctive restaurant in the Canary Islands for many years. It is the star restaurant of the Canary Islands that were held in 2016 and two Repsol Suns.


The Rincón de Juan Carlos is a creative, logical and founded cuisine where diners can appreciate flavours without having to leave the essence of the dish. A style where flavour and equilibrium are the undisputed pillars of its creations, combining the best local and international produce.


The space? At 40 metres high, with stunning sea views, it is unquestionably one of the most exceptional restaurants in the islands. Completely adapted and refurbished in 2021, so the Padrón Brothers and their team can continue growing gastronomically, maintaining the intimate and family character that has always characterised Rincón de Juan Carlos thanks to the complete refurbishment led by interior designer Merce Borrell, responsible for other projects at the Michelin 3-star Lasarte restaurant.


The wine cellar? María José y Raquel, sommelier, they lead the room and the winery. A carefully selected wine and pairing menu accompanied by Juan Carlos and Jonathan dishes to plunge together. Great local, and international jewels looking to reflect the personality of the land where they grow and delight them.

Minimum age for entry to the space of 12 years.

If a diner is allergic or intolerant of food, please contact us before making the booking.

Due to the complexity of the menu and the difficulty involved, we do not adapt the tasting menu for vegetarians or allergies to fish or seafood.

On our menu, lactose dishes are abundant (both directly and in trace layout), so if there is any intolerant, please contact us before making the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you are not able to attend, cancel your booking by email, telephone or by using the cancellation link that the system provides at least 24 hours in advance, or the system will charge €50 per person on the credit card provided.
