Rocambolesc "On Tour", Jordi Roca's creative ice cream parlour concept, arrives for the first time in the Canary Islands thanks to Royal Hideaway Corales
From the 15th to the 28th of April from 12:00 to 21:30, the founders of Rocambolesc Gelateria, the duo formed by Ale Rivas and Jordi Roca himself, one of the best pastry chefs in the world for his work at the 3 Michelin starred El Celler de Can Roca, will be offering a unique opportunity to try the stunning creations of their renowned artisan ice cream parlour in Tenerife.
Rocambolesc Gelateria will be open to the public in a special temporary action, called "On Tour", for only two weeks for all visitors who wish to visit the outdoor Gelateria of the Royal Hideaway Corales Suites, transformed especially for the occasion and accessible directly from the street. Pomegranate and cinnamon sorbet, sheep's milk-based ice cream or the popular Rocambolesc version of chocolate ice cream with its amazing toppings will be just some of the options available exclusively during these two weeks in the south of Tenerife.

The 4th edition of the Culinary Sessions will be held on the 24th and 25th of November at the San Hô restaurant. For this fourth edition of the Culinary Sessions at Royal Hideaway Corales Resort, we reinvent its culinary concept by bringing together two Michelin-starred restaurants, both awarded at the last ceremony held in Toledo, almost a year ago: San Hô, run by chef Adrián Bosch, and the visiting restaurant, the Michelin-starred La Finca, run by chef Pablo González, whose restaurant Cabaña Buenavista also holds two Michelin stars. For the first time, the Barceló Hotel Group brings together chefs and its own Michelin-starred restaurants in a unique event.

In February 2022 at the Starfish restaurant, the Palmeros chefs José Alberto Díaz (1 Repsol sun) and Pedro Hernández offered 2 very special dinners in an event to benefit the victims of the La Palma volcano.
